Customer Review: Caution when using it for brownies!

I was inspired by the "baker's edge brownie pan" so I tried to use this pan to make brownies. This pan is great for most quickbreads, but for baked goods that do not spring back to its original shape when pressed, such as brownies, you need to pop the goods out immediately after baking (do not let them cool in the pan) -- otherwise, you won't be able to get them out whole! Other than that, it performs as promised. Excellent!Customer Review: I love my mini-scone pan!!!

I love my mini-scone pan!!! I have made lemon-blueberry scones and brownies in it and they turned out perfectly. I have a regular scone pan but the scones are too big when fixing for a large group. The mini-scone size is a much better serving size and the little triangle shapes are very decorative. The scones come out of the pan very easily after baking and the pan is very easy to clean! Scones are approximately 2 by 3.5 inches. Nice size for eating.
I purchased the recipe book - Simply Scones by Leslie Weiner and Barbara Albright. The amount of batter in the recipes is perfect for the scone pan.

I love this pan! I get so many compliments about my scones now and everyone always asks how I get them in such perfect triangles! I just wink and tell them it's my little secret. scones needs one of these pans. It bearly gets cold in my house, the scones disappear so
quickly. I wouldn't love baking them so much if this pan didn't perform as is does. Wonderful
