I am very pleased with the Nordic Ware 12-inch universal pan cover that I purchased. I was looking for a cover to fit both a fry pan and an electric wok. This cover is perfect for both. The cover itself is very sturdy and the adjustable steam vent on the top enhances the cover's usefulness. I was also very pleased with how fast my order was processed and shipped. very nice thing, goes well with all kinds of pan. I actually bought it for my two 12" pans (one just skillet and one stir-fry pan) from different brand and this cover went well on both of them. It has little hole for steam excaping and it flat at the edge which is very convinient for stir fry for exemple.

This lid has eliminated all my other lids single handedly! It has a steam release option on the top and I used it on all my fry pans or big pans. It fits the biggest fry pan I own which is 12 1/2 inches wide! I was very impressed with the Nordic Ware 12-inch Lid. I bought it because I had a couple of skillets that needed a big lid and I couldn't find any, but I ran across this one and you can use it on all sorts of sizes of skillets. I previously had a universal lid with a clear removable center which would fall out all the time. I bought this lid a month ago, and it is superb. It is all one piece, so I no longer have to worry about it falling apart! It's great for 12" and 10" frying pans.
