I was debating whether to get the gel inserts (since I've tried them in the past) or this product. I decided to try this after getting a bargain from Ebay. After trying them on, it felt uncomfortable (like walking on a small flat rock constantly). They did mention a "break in" period so I decided to stick with it. After a couple of days though, they really felt comfortable and it seems like they are giving you the support they had advertised. They do mention that these product was meant to replace insoles of shoes with their on support system already so I'd buy these if your shoes don't have the arch support system already built in.Customer Review: happy feet, good price

I bought a pair of orthotics off TV many years ago when they were called Phase IV. I recently lost one and found these at Amazon. These WalkFits are even better than the originals because they come with three sizes of arch support inserts. Just be careful to determine which letter size matches your shoe size. I hope these last as long, if I can keep from losing one.Customer Review: Good product--used right!

I have two pair of these. An older one without the changeable pads and the new ones. Both work well-IF -you put any kind of pad between the Orthotic and your sock/foot. Even the thinnest foam. It does feel hard on my feet. Walkfit is only for balance,does not absorb impact.
I recommend everyone to buy feet cusioning items from Bauerfeind. The Viscoheel,Viscospot and Viscoped all absorbed impact in all places of your feet.

I have flat feet and my archs fall from time to time which is very painful. With these that never happens. These are durable and much cheaper then ordoitics
