Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Walkfit Orthotic Size A

Customer Review: I can't believe all the bad reviews this product received
Summary: 5 Stars

I bought walkfits from their website (big mistake) and waited for them for two months. When they arrived I wore them for about two weeks. I wasn't too excited and stopped wearing them. About two months later I injured both of my feet and couldn't walk. That's when I gave them a try (believing that there would be no help). To my amazement I was able to walk!!! In addition I was able to walk virtually pain free right from the start and after two weeks the pain was completely gone. Whenever I tried walking without the inserts I failed until about 6 weeks later when my feet healed. Later on my father got some kind of a virus that made his feet swollen and he couldn't walk either. I gave him my walkfits and he could walk. It was painful to him but at least he could walk and previously he could not. I am only 30 years old but ever since I was in a bad car accident 12 years ago I constantly had problems with my back and visits to a chiropractor are my daily bread. I have to see him every week or else the pain is unbearable. Once I started using walkfits I stopped seeing him. However, after I gave walkfits to my father, three weeks later I started experiencing back problems again. I am on this website to buy a pair for me, too. I can't compare these to any other because I only tried some cheap inserts a couple of years ago and since they didn't work I never tried any others again. I'm sure there's good inserts out there but this is what worked for me and my father perfectly. If you don't have any back problems then maybe you won't notice anything but for me these inserts are a miracle. I give a thousand thanks to this company for saving me from so much pain and saving me hundreds of dollars on chiropractor visits. Sure, I'd like to try other inserts out there, but I cannot afford to buy every paid out there to give them a try. These on the other hand I know work for me and if you have a bad back just give them a few weeks and you will notice a big difference.

Customer Review: WalkFit Insoles Are Great
Summary: 5 Stars

I've been using the older model of Walk Fit insoles for several years and couldn't be happier. My arches were starting to fall (I'm in my 60's and on my feet all day) and have diagnosed heel spurs. No matter what kind of support tennis shoes I've tried, the side material seemed to break down within 3 months, rendering painful arches by the end of the day. I've never been happier with an insole as the Walk Fit brand.

I recently bought the Platinum model of Walk Fit, as well as 3 pair for relatives. After using them for a few weeks, they are also quite happy with the results. I'm not sure I like them as much as the older model, but since it has a spongy heel pad, I'm giving them a try. Whenever I buy a new pair of tennis shoes, I always make sure there is enough room for the Walk fit insoles, as they do take up some room. Shoes that are not adjustable on the top may not accommodate the Walk Fit. Make sure you try them out with the Walk Fit inserts before buying. I've not tried returning the products by why would I? I'm quite content with their design and results for MY feet. They won't be a cure all for everyone. Good luck on your search for happier feet.

Customer Review: Really helped, but make sure it's properly seated in your shoe.
Summary: 5 Stars

I purchased these inserts after the podiatrist said I needed arch support to help me recover from a foot injury. I went to a specialty store and got $30 arch supports, but they didn't seem to do much. When I saw these at Target, I decided to try them since they cost less than $20. It took a couple of days to get used to, but then I could wear them without even noticing, and they've really helped improve my foot condition. When I wear them with athletic shoes, I take out the insole that comes in the shoes to allow enough room. When my work shoes don't allow enough room and I wear the inserts from the specialty store, my foot will often hurt at the end of the day, which doesn't happen when I wear the Walkfit inserts. One thing that will definitly improve wearing comfort is to be sure the insert is seated at the back of your shoe, then place your thumb along the side to hold it in place when you put your foot in. If the insert isn't aligned exactly under your arch, it's quite uncomfortable. Also, I have very high arches, but I only need the "low" insert on the Walkfits. I tried the medium insert, and even after the break-in period, it was too high for me.

Customer Review: I cant believe it works, great product
Summary: 5 Stars

Hello, I must right this review because i notice negative feed back about this product, i was not going to purchase this product because of the reviews. So here we go, I am on my feet alot, my job is construction, I am developing flat feet and the pain on my feet affects my job, i'm tired, my back was hurting my muscle would ache every day when i arrived home, i spend more time recorperating from the aches, than doing others things that i wanted to do, this is my third day on the walk fit and i feel great i am not tired, my back doesnt hurt, and no aches, this means alot to me because i hurt my back a year ago, and i was afraid i would have that pain again. first day use the low it will feel uncomftable, then try the medium. If your feet hurt all the time i recommend this product, even if you have back aches, knee aches. I'm going to order more for all my boots and sneakers. I hope this review was helpful.

Customer Review: Phase 4 Orthotics just got better
Summary: 5 Stars

I owned the original Phase 4 Orthotics and had them for about two years or so. They were really supportive and comfortable once broken in, but they did eventually need replacing. I was curious when I saw the new Walkfit model on TV and wondered if they were any better than the previous one. Let me tell you, they are SO much more comfortable than the original Phase 4 orthotics. What made this possible was the addition of three custom gel inserts for the arch. There are high, medium and low versions and you can switch to whichever one is most comfortable for you. They still recommend a break-in period for the orthotics, but I found them to be instantly comfortable once I figured out which insert felt best for me. I highly recommend these to just about anyone who can wear them. If you're looking for arch supports that actually support your feet and your whole body, these are the ones to buy.
