This is a beautifully designed mezzaluna. Metal handles make this knife hygienic and easy to clean, I have never seen something like this in store.
Size is good for a small and big amount of herbs. And because you can put equal amount of pressure on two handles everything will be chopped quickly with a small effort. I think people with carpal syndrome and arthritis will be happy with this item, you should not twist your wrist or put a lot of pressure to make your job done. The blade is sharp but my experience with this knife is very small to tell about it's quality.

This Mezzaluna is awesome. While I adore my kitchen knives, this mezzaluna makes uniform chopping a breeze, and speeds up the process of handmade artful food. So far, I have made a spectacular spinach-basil pesto sauce, and an amazing tomatillo salsa with it. I've also used it for chopping large Walla Walla Sweet onions and garlic for other dishes, and am so pleased with the final results, texture, and size of the food. I am so impressed. This is a must have for a serious cook!

This product works very well. It makes chopping herbs, vegetables, etc. much easier than with a knife or an electric appliance. I use it almost daily to chop parsley, celery, and/or onions. It has a sharp blade, works quickly, and requires minimal storage space and cleanup. I very much recommend it.

Nigella's Mezzaluna is very easy to use. I love the length of the blade and its sturdiness. I would recommend this inexpensive, yet quality Mezzaluna to anyone who is interested in purchasing one.
