I bought this mattress for my baby's crib for his upcoming arrival. We haven't used it yet, but I am really pleased with how firm the mattress is, there are no funny smells (compared to other mattresses) and am excited that it's made in the US with organic materials. The size allows it to fit perfectly in the crib and it seems to be very durable (great for when I use it for the toddler bed and he begins jumping up and down on it!). It is a little heavy but I'd rather it be heavy than flimsy. I feel much more at ease knowing my baby will be sleeping on such a great, safe bed. My 2.5 year old daughter has had this mattress since the first day she came home from the hospital. It is very high quality and very comfortable. There wasn't any "chemical" smell to it and it has been very easy to clean when needed. I highly recommend this to all my friends and really appreciate the quality that has been put into this product. I would not allow my children to sleep on anything other than this. I plan to get a full size one for when my daughter goes into her "big-girl" bed.Customer Review: speedy surprise

I ordered the naturepedic mattress- usually uncomfortable ordering online but when I went to store where I purchased crib (unhappy that I was informed 2 weeks for delivery and this was 5 weeks from date of order at store)- the sales person advised that I shop online for mattress.
Although nervous, I took the plunge and within the week, I received the mattress in perfect condition.

Wonderful mattress! My baby who is only 4 months old is sleeping through the night. The mattress is snug against the crib which makes me good she's not going to get any limbs stuck between the crib and the mattress. The mattress is much thicker than normal mattresses and very firm. I sleep better knowing my baby is comfortable and safe.Customer Review: why skimp on your child's mattress?

We liked it so much we bought one for my brother's newborn. Pricy and maybe some gimmicks to it, but why skimp? My daughter spent ~2 years in the crib and it is now being used by our new born and it is like new. Truth be known though, we didn't go with naturpedic when we bought a twin bed for our 2 year old- just too expensive for us.
