This pan is great for paella. After one use, it already looks like it has been seasoned for years. Very large size. I prepared the paella for 17 guests on my weber grill and it turned out perfectly with a couple of servings left over. Highly recommend it. Clean up was super easy. I seasoned it according to the included instructions and it paid off. I look forward to using it for many a paella and I foresee bacon and eggs on the grill.Customer Review: perfect paella pan!! I use to have two different sizes and I do not know how but they disappeared during my last move. I love this one and I used it almost as I got it out of the package. I followed the instructions and I made a great paella the first time whit it. Now I may buy a smaller one and a bigger one too, just to adapt to the guests number.
