We purchased this product to place in the bath tub to allow the safety mat to drain and dry, rather than stay wet and become unattractive sitting in the tub. It works, does what we wanted it to do.
The rack is constructed of light weight aluminum with plastic feet and handles. It has been in use for at least a month and is holding up so far.
Logistically, the rack has to be removed to a location in the bathroom while the tub and shower are in use. This is not a problem for us, as the bathroom is sizable. A person with a disability or an older person might have difficulty lifting the rack out of the tub or placing it back in.
I would recommend this product to anyone who has similar need to ours.
