I'm a big fan of epoxy putty, and I figured that Mighty Putty was just a "as seen on tv" version of the generic Home Depot type epoxy putties. I was wrong. I'm not sure how you can screw up epoxy putty, but Mighty Putty managed to do just that.
I would highly recommend CRC 14070 Minute Mend Epoxy Putty Stick instead.

I repaired my favorite mug where the handle broke off. Used it several times without problems. Now I need to pay $1200 to repair the laptop screen the coffee damaged when the handle snapped off. It may be because I ran the mug through the dishwasher. They say it's waterproof, the instructions say nothing about the dishwasher. Maybe it just sucks and would have failed anyway. Wish I read reviews before buying this junk.

The commercial is untrue and this product does not work well with product/pipes dealing with water. I am very upset by the misleading commercials. I don't recommend this for temporary help at all!!! I tried to put a jar on the mighty putty above my dog Emerson ,my dog got plunked on the head,and now he has glass oin his head!!! After three days he died!Mighty putty rewind my life NEVER GET MIGHTY PUTTY! I shot Billy Mayse when he was on the pot.Customer Review: SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!

I tried to fix two spots on my truck.It was plastic to metal.I followed the instructions and after two minutes of kneading it actually starts to feel warm.I hoped this would work,however after several failed attempts I have lost hope.
