I purchased this set for our second home. I had never bought Circulon cookware but liked the price and the variety of sizes that come with the set. Also I was looking for nonstick cookware that had a stainless steel finish for use on a ceramic cooktop. This set fit the description best for the type of product I was researching for purchase, so decided to give it a try. I have only used the cookware a few times; the pans cook food evenly and quickly. I burned some sausage slightly as I was not used to the quick cooking but the fry pan was extremely easy to wash. I thought that it might be a problem getting the burned food off that adhered to the bottom of the pan but the burned pieces slid off with no effort at all. I am used to using Farberware cookware at home; these pans are heavier, but I can easily get used to that. I also appreciate the fact that the lids that come with the set fit all the pans. Anolon Chef Clad 10-Piece Cookware Set I love my new Circulon 10-piece cookware set. I have a glass top electric range and the cookware heats evenly without any hot spots and I am able to set the range at rather low temperatures and still have foods gently simmer. (I was able to cook my first batch of Taco Soup without any scorching. Great!) Yes, it is heavy as others have commented, but that may be part of the reason for such even cooking. Also, the High-Low cooking surface technology sounds great and I hope it allows for a much longer life than my previous cookware set had. I also enjoy the stainless steel finish so that the smaller pieces can be washed in the dishwasher and the pieces that are too large for the dishwasher are a real breeze to clean. After many hours research on the internet, I got this set a little over a month ago and it is still doing well. My last set was Martha Stewart ceramic which melted on the bottom and was scratched up horribly on the inside(even though i use plastic utensils). It was replaced before it saw a year in my home. I am pleased with how sturdy my new pots are. They still look new and shiny even after several washes in the dishwasher. It comes clean every time. The sauce pans and fry pans are a good, useful size compared to other sets. The large saute pan is very heavy and very big. For my family of five, I can fit the entire meal in it if i have to which i like. It barely fits in our dishwasher but i was able to maneuver it in. I'm not going to go into a lot of detail herre. This iis the first set of "better" ccokware I have purchased. I've had it now for about 3 months. This stuff is wonderful! I still prefer to use a little butter for taste but I think you could cook eggs with out any if you wanted.
Cleanup is super easy, no scrubbing at all. Things just wipe out of the pans.
Only time will tell how durable these pans are but so far they have been awesome for cooking and cleaning. No regrets with this cookware. I did a lot of looking before I bought. Looked at Calphalon, Anolon,Kitchenaid, Quisinart, etc. This was the best deal for the money and the product soes not disappoint.

Purchased this set as we needed cookware for our new induction range. These pans are great. I have not been a fan of non-stick before, but these are easy to use and clean. I like the weight of the pots. The handles are easy to grip and stay cool. Not sure whatthe benefit of the glass lid is, as it always fogs up, but they look pretty. Excellent choice as an introductory set for induction cooking. I'm sure they would work just as well on regular stoves.
