We needed to replace some pans that were heavily used and getting tired. We had never used this brand before but based on the reviews, description and price we bought this two pan set. Although the pans are a bit light weight that doesn't seem to make a difference because they spread the heat evenly and the non-stick surface seems to work better than other brands we have had in the past. Time will tell but so far these pans are working great and based on that we recently bought a ten piece set as a wedding gift.Customer Review: CHEF CAROL

I AM MOSTLY HAPPY WITH THESE SKILLETS. FOOD DOES NOT STICK AND THEY ARE VERY EASY TO CLEAN. THE DIRECTIONS SAY NOT TO SPRAY PAM SPRAY ON THEM BUT IF YOU DONT USE SOME KIND OF OIL YOUR EGGS WILL COME OUT BROWNER AND CRISPY ON THE WHITES EVEN WHEN THE YOLKS ARE OVER EASY AND IM NOT SO FOND OF THAT. It's really a good pan, not too heavy but you might consider not using it on very high heat. I had an Anolon similar to this which is heavy and I use it to do my eggs and if you leave it for sometime or forgot it on high heat, it won't burn. But still, I uses this a lot because it's light and easy to handle.Customer Review: very happy so far

The pans are what I would expect from a quality product. The non-stick coating is very good and the look and feel of the pans are very nice, not too heavy and attractive. This set replaced a moderately priced cuisinart pair that i had. I didn't want cheap and flimsy nor pay the high end price. These are just right. Real non-stick. Clean up nicely.
