Our household has bought 3 of these in the past year - two to give as gifts and one I received as an anniversary gift from my husband (best d*** anniversary gift I've received during my 40 years of marriage). The people who have received the Margaritaville Machines are absolutely ga-ga over them and have thanked us profusely. It easy to use and really makes fail-proof Margaritas. My only complaint: I cannot get the ice shaving blade out to examine (for nicks) and to dry. My spouse really got a nasty cut in the process of doing so. So I dry it in situ.
Buy a MM, you won't be sorry. We love ours.

I received the Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker as a gift and I'm thrilled at the ease of using this product. Also there isn't any problem with cleaning the Margaritaville, which is always a plus. I would recommend this product to all my family and friends. How easy to make any fun slushy drink! The only negative is the size. Since I do not have a bar to keep it on, and the size is much to big for my counter, it will be necessary to take it out of a cupboard for use each time. However even with my one negative remark, I am thrilled to own the Margaritaville.Customer Review: Makes margaritas even more FUN!!!

I purchased one of these machines recently. What a great blender. But it is actually so much more. I didn't realize how much fun it was going to be to use. It took a little practice to get the icy consistency I wanted, but once I learned how easy even THAT was, I was hooked. I would recommend this machine to any one that likes to make any type of blended libation. It isn't just for margaritas. All you do is put your alcoholic or non alcoholic beverage mix in the caraffe and ice up in the hopper press the button and watch it go. Makes great smoothies too!

This is how my boyfriend described this machine and although that may be a little extreme, it sure is a purchase I'm glad I made! It seems very well-designed and sturdy. I expect to be enjoying delicious frozen concoctions from it for a long, long time! It's so cool, it's even fun to watch it do it's thing! The price is a bit steep, but I seemed to forget all about that when I got to sit down and enjoy a delicious pina colada! I looked at this item on other sites, but saved over $30.00 in S&H and tax by ordering it from Amazon with their free shipping! Got this for my husband for Father's Day, and it may well be the best gift I've ever given him. He absolutely loves it. Functionality is easy... hit one switch, and it does both the ice shredding and actual blending and turns itself off when it's done. He's burned out several blenders trying to crush ice, and this completely solves that problem. The kids love making up virgin smoothie flavors, and it's always a big hit at pool parties. It is sort of big... you'll need some room on your countertop for it. But it's well worth the price and the storage space needs.
