I've had this drying rack for several years and it works really well. First, it has a small footprint, but lots of drying space. Second, the arms of the rack are made of lexan plastic, which means the pasta doesn't stick to it as happens when the arms are made of wood. There is a tool that fits into the rack that helps take the pasta from the pasta maker and drape it over the arms. They've thought of a lot in designing this pasta dryer.

You can hang more than 4 pounds of fresh pasta to dry on its sixteen sturdy polycarbonate rods with the help of the practical wand included. The multipurpose wand stored in the central chrome-plated steel column can also be used to cut the dough sheet without damaging the worktop.
