Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Mr. Bar-B-Q 18-Piece Stainless-Steel Grill Tool SetCustomer Review: Too big for a little apartment Summary: 3 Stars
My husband and I live in a second floor apartment with a balcony. We recently purchased a grill and needed some utensils. When these arrived they were twice the size they looked in the pictures. We joked that we could actually grill from the couch if we wanted! The quality seemed fine (although we returned instead of using) but they were made for a larger grill and a place with plenty of room to move. They were just too big for our little apartment.
Customer Review: Good starter set Summary: 3 Stars
I would recommend this to someone that isn't to serious about grilling. The case is really poor quality, but the tools are actually decent for the price.
Customer Review: A nice idea, but so-so quality Summary: 2 Stars
In theory this is a nice set, and I like all of the different tools -- but I bought this as a gift, and I'm going to return it. It just looks too cheap. The wooden handles are chipped in some places, there's almost no finish on them, and the plastic case is really flimsy and cheap looking. Perhaps if I was buying them for myself I wouldn't mind, but I'd be embarrassed to give this as a gift.
Customer Review: Not Made in the USA Summary: 2 Stars
Product description said "Made in the USA", but when it arrived it said "Made in China" all over case and each individual piece. I returned it without using. For $20 or less I can get a crappy barbeque set made in China. I don't care what the brand name is.
Customer Review: Lower quality than expected Summary: 2 Stars
I recieved this kit with a smashed case. The quality of this product was far below what I expected for the price. I had to return this product for 2 reasons, damaged and low quality.
