I really love this, it works so much better then the plastic ones I had been using, it makes a difference in picking up food and food sticking to the pan has been reduced. Not sure if its the stainless steel against the stainless steel of the pan helping, even the eggs lift easy. Handle is shorter then I am use to but gives me more control, cleans in a breeze, beautiful piece that hangs on the wall with a magnetic strip I also bought here at Amazon, no need to hide it in a drawer.Customer Review: Very nice kitchen addition

I *love* this turner. We like to make cheesesteaks, and my son was always griping about my sub-standard tools. I bought two of these specifically for that purpose, and they are great. The edge is sharp enough to break up the meat, and there is plenty of surface space to scoop up piles of steaming meat and cheese to dump onto a fresh hot bun. Fabulous! This was the free one selected with the other Turners I purchase. This one is great for turning eggs on the grill or in the pan. The steel is flexible and thin enough to get under the food.
