We have several turners, most of them wood or plastic. This one is PERFECT! The wood ones we have are not flexible and the plastic ones we have have a possibility of getting TOO hot. The MIU stainless steel flexible turner is the best of both wood and plastic! We are extremely happy with our purchase! We don't use the wood or plastic ones anymore.Customer Review: It works!

At last a spatula that gets under the egg without sticking half way through, under the patty, under the grilled sandwich, etc. Over the years I have accumulated a variety of spatulas and they have all been a disappointment. Most of them just push the food around the pan or destroy it when it sticks. Not this one. I want to buy several.Customer Review: I'd pay double

Yes, this is essentially the same as the lamson with MIU silk screened on it instead. And it replaced mine for about a 1/4 of the price. It has just the right amount of flex to it, and a beveled edge that a lot of the cheaper ones lack. This will be the best whisk/strainer/spider/thing to turn fish you ever bought.Customer Review: Great Turner

This is an excellent, high-quality turner that is still cheap. The construction is good, so you can tell that it's not about to fall apart anytime soon. This product works very well, and is well built. The metal is thin enough to be flexible, but does not feel flimsy. I have been using it for about a month now with cast iron cookware and have had no issues. It has stood up to all my expectations for a turner.
