heavy and substantial, will probably last a lifetime. my only criticism is that where the handle meets the cup, there is a gap that will let gunk build up. but a run in the dishwasher should take care of that. all in all well worth the expense.Customer Review: Wonderful - just what I have been searching for!

A person is hard pressed to find a sturdy measuring cup set that comes with anything but the standard 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, and 1 cup measurements. Finally it dawnwd on me to search on Amazon (duh!) and I found this great set! They are well made, nest almost flat in the drawer, clean up easily, and have all the other measurement sizes that just make cooking a little faster and easier.
