This holder has a stylish look with the wavy patterns. It has decent clearance away from the wall to hold most knives. The magnet is quite strong and holds the knives securely. The hardware is simple and installation a breeze. The end caps cover the hardware. This turned out to be one of the best kitchen items I've ever purchased. I don't have room on my counter for a knife block, and the knives were really cluttering up my drawers. This turned out to be the perfect solution. My husband mounted it on the cabinet next to the stovetop, and it's really convenient there. The quality is very good, and it was easy to install. Obviously its hard to judge the size of these by looking at a little picture on line. When we got this home, my wife installed it in like 5 or 10 minutes, and we were able to put our 9 piece Wustoff Trident knife set on it with no problems and room to spare.
This one was perfect the space we had available in our kitchen, Though you would probabaly not pick this one, if you have limited wall space to attach this.

This is a great addition to the kitchen. Should have done it sooner. Knives are in full view, so you can pick the right one the first time. Much, much safer than my old habit of having all the knives in the silverware drawer where you had to root around for the one you wanted. It comes with NO instructions, so push out the black plastic inserts at the ends, mount the bar and reinsert the inserts.Customer Review: Holds knives and more!

Working in a kitchen reinstated the fact that I needed a knife holder at home. The usual ones in a kitchen are wood with a magnetic strip. When I found this stainless steel one, I was thrilled. It is much more attractive to the eye and works just the same. Not only do I use it for my knives, I have my scissors, spatulas, and knife steel on it too. If you do not own one of these, you should!!!!
