I recently needed a new pepper grinder and decided to get an electric one, versus a manual grinder. I must say I love the grinder. Not that it is difficult to manually grind, but this is so easy. I think the illumination the tiny light provides is fantastic. I can see exactly how much I am grinding onto my food. I wish I had bought long before now!

Has good weight (i.e., feels like a tool, not a toy) and works like a charm. Easy to load once you get the hang of it; the directions could be a little better, but they're certainly superior to instructions for the Far East. I've been using it almost daily for three months and so far no problems; battery life seems to be good. All in all a great value.Customer Review: Almost One Year and Still Going

I bought this after my old battery operated grinder stopped working after several years. I am very happy with this and I entertain a lot. Everyone always "hints" at how much they like it and now I have to buy one for one of my close friend's birthday next month...I guess that's the downside -It will keep costing you money! Brought for Christmas for my husband he opened it early about the 19th of December been using every since with no problems. The pepper is not as course as from ground pepper. This gadget was a great gift for my boyfriend who loves being able to have fresh pepper at the press of a button. The light seemed silly at first but it really lets you see how much pepper you are putting on a dish. We both enjoy it a lot and will purchase the salt version in the near future.
