This thermometer is helpful in determining if your oven is accurate. It's clear and easy to read. When I first used it in the oven and the oven was cooling down, it made some click/cracking noises, and I thought it broke. Used this to check the oven in the house and the thermometer on my smoker. It is very accurate and has a few options for hanging on the oven racks or you can just stand it up on the racks.
