Customer Review: good spatula, but tongue is too narrow

The blade of this knife is perfect - good feel, perfect heft & slight amount of flex.
However, for such a large/stiff spatula, the tongue going into the handle is entirely too narrow. I can bend it pretty easily.
I'm going to keep this as it does feel decently made & the blade is exactly what I need, but I'll have to be careful about not using it strongly - which is sort of why I bought it - on the skillet, etc.
Also, I can't tell for sure (the handle is black plastic) but it appears from the weight in your hand that the tongue only extends a short ways into the plastic handle.
