Buy this corkscrew and you will never have to worry again. This is the easiest one we've ever used and it's well constructed. Worth every penny whatever you pay for it. Highly recommended.

I bought this in November, and enjoyed it so much I ordered several more as Christmas stocking stuffers. Suddenly it's stopped working; the corkscrew goes down properly, then when I pull the lever up, it comes back up, sans cork. I tried using the spare corkscrew, but it made no difference. The only thing I noticed is that a little piece of black plastic fell off the bottom. Don't know why that should matter, but then . . . Great product. I got it for my Mother who drinks a lot of wine, and learned of it from another connoisseur. It's a wonderful product, seems very sturdy and well made, and also makes wine 10x easier to open than any other wine opener I've seen.
