I first found these at Bed, Bath, & Beyond when I was looking for a functional, attractive coaster set. (Went back to get another set and both stores I tried were completely out of stock.) Previously, I had tried sandstone (breaks if it falls on the floor), slate (slippery), and several other types that were equally non-funtional. The rings on these coasters hold more moisture that any other coaster except the sandstone. But, the sandstone ended up as "disposable" coasters (at a non-disposable price) due to accidentally ending up on the floor. For now, these are the top of my list for coasters.Customer Review: Well made, useful and attractive.

I read all of the reviews (as usual) and bought these coasters. They are very well made and quite functional. They may not be the perfect coaster for large frosted mugs but the work fine for me. The holder is sturdy and well made and it looks great on my table. Fast shipping and great price. Think I'll buy a few for stocking stuffers. For some picky people it may not be your thing but in general a great coaster set.Customer Review: great coasters!

i have done research looking for some good coasters and decided to get these. they do a good job and look nice! i am happy i got them. they didn't get the best review on the internet buy yet i am satisfied with them. i use them all the time and just like the bamboo look and the color! i would recommend them to anyone! it's worth it!Customer Review: Bamboo coasters

These coasters are (bamboo) durable and designed in good taste. The
(also)bamboo holder can fit into any furniture decor. In the past I
kept my coasters hidden until needed. I keep these coasters in the open.
If I had more guests I'd order the same product.

I like the texture and color of bamboo and have enjoyed these coasters. The holder is very convenient and each of the coasters reminds me of middle school woodshop classes - i need to find time to make stuff out of wood (or bamboo)!
