We bought our first Lightwedge about three years ago. Our young son quickly claimed it for his own. It's great for encouraging reading before bedtime and doesn't bother our other son, who bunks in with him. Lightwedge is a GREAT, unique gift for all of those birthday parties kids get invited to - especially with the new Harry Potter edition. Although our son leaves his on, brings it on trips without its protective case, and generally treats it poorly, we have had no problems. The Lightwedge is extrememly durable and the batteries seem to last forever.Customer Review: More than one use.

Have had my LightWedge for a few years and find it incredibly useful for reading in bed without disturbing my husband. The light is bright & crisp and I almost never have to replace the batteries. However, I must pass along another great way to use the LightWedge I discovered after having my fourth child. When placed on top of my nightstand, it provided enough gentle ambient light for night wakings. I was able to nurse and change diapers all without fully waking my child or myself. It really makes a very handy nightlight as well.Customer Review: great reading light

I have purchased several reading lights and always found myself either needing a brighter light, or having to adjust the position so I could read all the letters on a page. I recently discovered the lightwedge and love it. It provides light across the entire page (because it lays on top of the page) there is no adjusting of anything to get to the end of the page. Because the lightwedge lies on top of the page being read, highlighting or inserting notes is a little challenging but it can be done.Customer Review: LightWedge is a Great Gift

I received my first LightWedge as a gift and since have bought additional ones for myself and well as friends and family. It has become my "signature" gift for birthdays. It is just perfect for reading in bed, for airplane trips and for use when a passenger in a car. On my last airplane trip three people saw me using it, thought it was a great idea and asked for information about where they might purchase one. It's a genius of an idea. Hi, bought the LightWedge as a holiday gift because i love mine. But the one
I purchased here, though it came hermetically sealed in its package, had a
flaw -- the toggle button which allows for dimming the light did not work.
It moved, but it didn't dim. Felt bad, because it was a gift. Otherwise,
i think it's a really great item that provides light only for the page, and
doesn't light up the room or blind your eyes in the darkness.
