Customer Review: Keep coffee very hot!

I've had this carafe for a couple of months and continue to be very happy with it. I put very hot water in the carafe as the coffee is brewing and when the coffee is ready, pour out the hot water and replace it with the coffee. It keeps the coffee nice and hot for hours. It is easy to use, you don't have to turn the cover to try to figure out how to pour the coffee, just push the lever! My granddaughters say it looks like a penguin and I agree with them! A great product, I'm buying more for gifts!
