Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Le Souk Ceramique CT-NAT-12 12-Inch Cookable Tagine, Natural Clear GlazeCustomer Review: Le Souk Ceramique review Summary: 5 Stars
This comment is directly from Le Souk Ceramique, the manufacturer and shipper in question. We have received a number of phone calls and emails about this posting from Mewayah "Houston" regarding her broken tagine. We seached our records for the contact information for the buyer in order to discuss what may have happened, and it turns out we never shipped the item in question to any customer in Texas. Prior to this posting in 2005, the Mustard Yellow Tagine was a brand new color for us and we had shipped it to only a half dozen customers at that point and none were in Houston or Texas for that matter. Post Script: In the ensuing three years now since the posting, we've never head from Mewayah again and have had no other posting about our tagines breaking like that.
Customer Review: A great Tajine for safe cooking Summary: 5 Stars
This is a light weight tajine that cooks food perfectly. I use mine several times a week. Easy clean up and looks great on the kitchen counter.
Customer Review: My first tagine Summary: 3 Stars
My first tagine by Le Souk arrived 10 days ago. I strictly followed the instructions, including the seasoning. I avoided cooking at any high temperature, again, according to the instructions, and I used a diffuser. Nevertheless, the bottom part had a hairline crack after the third use. Great disappointment, because my hope was high for this healthy cooking.
