Customer Review: Lasko and motor failure

I have purchased three of these fans over the past few years, and all have had blower motor failure. Two of them I had sent back to Lasko under their warranty, but I was told both times that the reason for failure was abuse and no warranty was offered.
They also do not offer any replacement parts for these units. My advice to anyone who purchased this unit, get the extended warranty.
