I chose the Taco Rack because of all the similar products I found online, this was the only one that comes apart for easy cleaning and flat storage. In fact, you can slip it back into it's package and it takes up practically no space whatsoever. It's great for heating shells and holding them in position for filling. But follow the cooking tips that come with it and your tacos truly come out the best ever! So simple, yet works like a charm. Wish I'd thought of it first!

Our Taco Cookware is made of culinary quality stainless steel, ovenproof, grill proof and dishwasher safe. Hard shells or soft shells, the Taco Rack is perfect for making hot crisp tacos. Hard shell tacos that fit perfectly into The Taco Rack, and eliminates handling and shell breakage. Once the shells are toasted in the oven, fill them with your prepared meat, chicken or fish then top with shredded cheese and return the tray of tacos back to the oven to melt the cheese. Melting the cheese holds all your fillings and flavor in place, and stops the shells from shattering when you bite into them. The Taco Rack works perfectly with soft shell tortillas that are 5 inch size, (larger tortillas will flop over a bit). Our Taco Racks eliminate the need to fry the tortillas, which saves time and calories!
