I ordered this humidifier based on the reviews read here. I ordered it on Amazon. The seller is Unbeatable Sales. Instead of a Lasko I received a "Super Humidifier" Model number SH1120. I was informed by Unbeatable Sales that they no longer do business with Lasko. The humidifier looks the same and offers the same features. I desperately need a humidifier. I am going to try this one. I hope it performs as well. I wrote this as an FYI.
Update: I tried the "Super Humidfier" and it spit water and soaked the surrounding area. It never worked properly. I had to return it. Unbeatable sales is dragging their heels about issuing the credit even though they verified that that they received the merchandise back. Amazon had to intervene and now they are handling it.
