This knife is incredible. Sharp, ergonomic, easy to use and clean.
Our fav knife - the $100 German blades we own stay in the block unused. Everyone who comes over and uses it wants to buy one. We should get a referral fee for the dozen we sold already. Very impressive. You won't find a better knife dollar for dollar.

I cannot recommend these knives enough. My favorites are this veg knife and the tomato/cheese knife. These are infinitely better than the expensive knives sold at specialty stores. They stay sharper longer and are incredibly lightweight. The tomato knife will yield thinner, more exact slices than you ever thought possible.Customer Review: Cuts ripe tomatos with ease!

This is a fantastic knife for the price! I just cut ripe tomatos without smooshing them. The cuts were clean; the knife cut smoothly through the skin and the flesh. Very well-balanced and very sharp. I'm a real vegan meaning I eat lots of fresh veggies and fruits and this is my all time favorite knife to peel, slice, and dice my veggies. Mines became stained one day while I was peeling some green platanos for mangu so it looks a lil weird now but it still works beautifully. Definitely reccommend.Customer Review: SATISFYING

This is a finely honed, exquisite, and professional kitchen (gourmet anyone) utensil and a delight to use. Not only is this a gratifying and satisfying design it is a magnificent knife for the money.
It sits well in ones hand, it cuts smoothly and it's rather stylish too.
