This product is absolutely great. You control the speed with pressure from your hands and can increase the speed even further with the turbo button. I recommend that you steam your fruits and veggies before use for an even creamier consistency.
Make sure that you wash the parts thoroughly as it is easy for foods to stick.
It also would have been better with two tiers of blades but overall it gets the job done. I have had mine over 4 months now and it is still getting the job done!

This product works very well and is reasonably priced. We have had it for a month and use if all the time, sometimes a couple of times a day. I highly recommend it.
