I love the K-Cup Reuseable Coffee Filter. I had received flavored coffees for xmas and thought I wouldn't be able to use them. This reusable cup makes it easy and cheaper then the K-cups. The only problem I have with it is having to pop out the original k-cup holder to get this one in- it's easy to pop out, just takes a little more time. The filter is easy to clean and reuse.

A lot of people knock this thing, saying that what comes out of it tastes like a cup of hot water. And the first time I did it, with a medium grind, it did. So i switched to a fine grind, and now it tastes as good if not better than the single-use pods. Why didn't I give it 5 stars? Because it's not made of titanium. The Keurig 5048 My K-Cup Reuseable Coffee Filter is a relatively inexpensive K-Cup alternative and works as it is supposed to. If you only want one cup of coffee, you only have to clean out the filter once. But if you want to make individual cups for several people, you must clean out the filter between each brew. For those days when you have guests, I recommend the prepackaged K-cups.Customer Review: Works well, easy to clean

This product is easy to use and works as advertised. I've not had any problems at all with flavor, which was my main concern. I've read that some have had difficulty getting a strong cup from their Keurig machines but I've found that criticism to be unfounded. I use freshly roasted beans from a local coffee shop ground for a french press, they produce an excellent cup of coffee.Customer Review: It works

It is a great little gadget and if you want to make "real" coffee with your kuerig you will need it. I haven't seen any better alteernatives. The problem I have had is that the plastic containers chip and need to be replaced. Also the price seems high to me for this type of an item. Buy a couple-it is easier to have a couple going if you drink multiple cups.
