The reusable k-cup is okay when you run out of the real k-cup coffee pack to make coffee with your own coffee ground that you have at home. It is a little time consuming to take apart of the unit to replace it with the reusable k-cup in your coffee maker. In addition, it can get messy considering trying to put coffee grounds into the reusable k-cup and you have to wash it. I would not use this daily to make my coffee, but it is a nice back up if you should run out of the real k-cup coffee.Customer Review: Love being able to use my own coffee

I'm really happy with the reuseable k-cup filter. It's great being able to use any coffee I want and not being limited to what is available in k-cups. Also, it's a big savings. My only complaint is that I wish I could just take the filter in and out as needed without having to change the plastic housing that holds it. That is kind of a pain. I don't find having to wash it in between uses to be a problem at all. That's a non-issue for me - it just takes a few seconds.Customer Review: Why they break...

I have gone through a few of these as have many other reviewers...but I think I see why these break so often: You must run your finger over the top of the basket to remove extra coffee grains so that the lid goes on easily. If you don't you can still get the top on, but it puts pressure on the plastic lips that hold it together. So a bit of care in keeping the basket top clean (a quick finger swipe is all you need) will save you from having to buy these often.

The Keurig filter is certainly a great money saver! The K-cups with coffee are very handy and tidy, but the cost is a little more than buying coffee the old fashion way. The filter allows you to buy regular coffee and be able to use it in the single brew Keurig coffee machine.It tends to be not as "tidy" as the K-cups but allows you to use regular coffee.I really like the filter and do use both filter & K-cups,which can be switched back and forth with ease.Customer Review: Nifty little gadget

This product might not be worth quite 5 stars, but its certainly worth a place in your kitchen if you've got a Keurig machine. It works as advertised, and the only real drawback is you've got to shake the grounds out of it afterwards and give it a rinse before you can use it again. Still, even though there are literally hundreds of coffees you can buy in k-cup form there's always those special few that don't come that way and this device is great for those.
