I just received a couple days ago and I already have a problem. The rings are spot welded and apparently suspect to breaking off too easily as one of mine just broke off. I am the only person using this item in the house so I know it was not misused. I have not contacted Amazon yet and have never had to for an products purchased from them so this will be my first experience doing so. For $10.00 more I might just try the other type of design that has two sides back to back instead of this carousel style.Customer Review: useful, aesthetically pleasing

I would recommend getting one of these. There is no resistance on the spin; it doesn't take up a lot of space; and you can put the holder in (or your personal K-cup) if you're switching between k-cups and your own grinds. Customer Review: Very pleased!

I just received this before it went out of stock at Amazon. Apparently there had been some issues with the product arriving damaged. Fortunately, mine arrive intact. It does exactly as the product description purports. Wait until it comes back in stock at Amazon....its current price (from non-Amazon vendor) is outrageous. This holder does revolve easily and has stayed shiny, easily cleaned. It looks great next to the coffee pot and it's easy to just grab a k-cup and put it in the pot. I love the convenience!
I put hot chocolate on the bottom and mix part of the bottom level with tea as well as teas and coffee in the middle and top holders.
I started off without ordering this holder... and went back and got it because I wasn't satisfied with pulling my K-cups out of drawers. I just wish it could stay the same size and yet hold more k-cups... LOL.
