Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Set of 10 Baby Cubes 1 Oz. Baby Food Storage Containers - NO Phthalates, Bisphenol-A, or PVC

Customer Review: Goes from freezer to fridge to diaper bag
Summary: 5 Stars

These baby food cubes are awesome. They work great for storing rice cereal(if you make your own), and purees. I can mix up a batch, spoon it into several cubes, leave one or two in the fridge for the next day and freeze the rest. Then, when I run out of the fridge stash I thaw another cube in the fridge overnight. I haven't had any of them pop open in the freezer. They ARE small, but that is perfect for a 6-month-old's beginner eating. My daughter (6 months) eats 1/2 to 1 cube full each meal. One of the other reviews says you can't microwave these. I have been-- just 20-30 seconds heats the food and hasn't damaged the containers. Also, they don't stain even if you freeze carrots or sweet potatoes in them. I am really pleased with these and am going to buy a set of the 2 oz cubes when she gets a bit older. These cubes make cooking your own baby food so easy!

Customer Review: Practical and very easy to use
Summary: 5 Stars

I love these small containers b/c they come with an attached lid! I make my daughter's baby food every two weeks, and store the food in the freezer. I can pop a container into the baby bag when we go out, and I've never had to worry about spilling the food in my baby bag b/c the lid fits very tightly. I have three sets, and I've used them for baby purees and even cubed and steamed veggies and finger foods. One draw back is that the containers are rather small, but I simply use two or three containers at a time per feeding when necessary. This is one of the most useful baby products I've ever purchased.

Customer Review: Amazing
Summary: 5 Stars

I love these cubes! My oly disappointment is that I only bought 1 but I am coming back for 5 more sets. I make all sorts of puree's and spoon them into the little cups. They snap close so you know its tightly sealed and off it goes in the freezer. Like the person before me said, you take as many as you need and go while they defrost in the car. You can also add boiling water to defrost it and make it smoother for younger babies (please note: always check food tempurature before feeding your baby!).

Customer Review: Didn't work very well.
Summary: 5 Stars

Loved the idea of these. But the lids didn't stay down once put in freezer and even when taking with me. They just don't have a tight enough seal that the food seeped out and ran all over. I've just started using ice cube trays and then putting it in freezer bags and storing that way. Plus these containers are really small and baby started eating more than one container at each sitting so these wouldn't have lasted long if they would have worked well anyways!

Customer Review: Just what I wanted
Summary: 5 Stars

These have just been great! I had heard about freezing food in ice cube trays and then putting them into a freezer bag for keeping longer but I liked the convenience of feeding from the same container. I bought three sets to start and filled them up in a week. I just wish I had a few more. I plan to get the 2 ounce size also. Just don't go over the "max" fill line or they pop open because of the expanding food.
