I bought this thinking I could make super-fine espresso. Unfortunately I waste more coffee by having to clean out the chute every day. This machine is not worth $10.
It worked great for about 2 months and I cleaned it according to the manual every weekend. After about 2 months coffee would start jamming in the chute.
I guess it's back to my Black & Decker.

Worked for couple of months, then inexplicably stopped working. That's it, kaput. Remember thinking "mine won't stop working, it's just the ones those other people bought". Also, definitely hard to clean, very messy (per other reviews). Do yourself a favor, pay a little more and get a better brand.Customer Review: did not work
