Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Capresso Infinity Conical Burr Grinders

Customer Review: Great grinder + a simple tip
Summary: 5 Stars

I agree with the 5 star reviews - tremendous improvement over my blade grinder. I use it for both a French Press and an automatic drip machine.

One tip: I do not leave beans in the hopper. Instead I measure the beans into the hopper for each pot with a coffee scoop. It takes a few experiments, but this way I don't have to worry about the fickle switch or turning it off - just run it until all beans are ground. Then I just take the gound coffee and dump it into the press or the drip basket.

Customer Review: Excellent Grinder
Summary: 5 Stars

Won't go on and on about how fabulous this grinder is. I will say that if you are looking for an under $100 burr grinder and you are tired of your little, cheap, hand held grinder, this is one purchase you won't regret. It's effective, convenient, easy to use, and beats our expectations. But then the only thing we have to compare it to is the cheap hand held grinder that cost us less than $20. Needless to say, that grinder went in the garbage and this grinder sits next to the coffee pot.

Customer Review: One Satisfied User!
Summary: 5 Stars

I am extremely satisfied with this product, or I wouldn't be writing a review. You can adjust the grinder from coarse, which I must use for my French Press coffee maker, to medium for regular drip coffee, to fine for espresso, and extra fine for "Turkish coffee," (Like mud I think but I haven't tried it!). The upper grinder can easily be removed for cleaning by running water over it. Great coffee, easy maintenance. It's always nice to get a product that is such a pleasure to use.

Customer Review: great, easy to clean, affordable grinder
Summary: 5 Stars

I tried a cheaper one first and it broke within 2 months. This one is working great for both our drip and french press coffee. I am also finding it much easier to clean than last one although the brush that comes with it doesn't really get the job done.

Overall, I really have no complaints with this product. It grinds evenly, it is not too loud, easy to take apart and clean, easy to follow instructions on setup, reasonably priced, and my coffee it tasting great.

Customer Review: Zap the static
Summary: 5 Stars

I've had this grinder for a year now and like it a lot. I make two or three Espressos every day. Once you dial in the grind just right (took 2-3 tries), it produces consistent results. As far as the static electricity, I date myself here, I still have a Zerostat antistatic gun for records by Discwasher from my old Record/LP days. It works great! When I get lazy, I just tap the plastic grounds catcher on the counter a few times. That works just fine.
