I had this about six weeks... and two days after the Amazon return window expired.
I used it three times. The last time, it had a gallon of milk, a bottle Perrier, hummus and bread in it and one of the side handles completely ripped out. I had less in it than the example picture shows, and the thing totally ripped out. It never had more than 15 pounds in it and mainly served to keep things from sliding all over my trunk area. It was not heavily used.
I would never buy this again. I'm looking for a sturdy, lasting grocery tote, though. Let me know if you have any recommendations. All I can say is to avoid this one.
