This piece of junk would never even close, I purchased the other Jokari fizz keeper and it was not any better, so I have come to realize that the company itself is just bad and I did not receive a defective product. I cannot believe they are still in business ripping consumers off.Customer Review: not sturdy

Product did work initially to keep fizz in soda but after very few uses( about 2) the cap part came off as I was trying to unscrew the fizzkeeper off a bottle.Customer Review: It might just be better to tighten the cap

It doesn't really work very well. It was a waste of money because it would be easier just to tighen the cap.
