Customer Review: Big & Brawny

This is big, thick, heavy board. It's not the biggest they make but it's right on the edge of huge. If were any larger my wife would have a hard time moving it. So when doing small jobs, we tend to grab one of our smaller boards. Now before this scares you off you need to consider that this may be one of the most used and underappreciated tools in your kitchen. When making a big meal, or when cooking all day, we take this board out and leave it out all day. The groove is deep and ample enough to catch the drippings from a turkey or a large roast. Flip it over and you can chop veggies on it all day. It's been really nice on my knives too. Treat this board well by giving it a light coat of mineral oil and I bet it will outlive you.
