Customer Review: DO NOT BUY!!!

This is a poor product! I had too many problems with the pieces that were shipped. If I had the time I would have sent it back. After my last ordeal I wondered why I didn't go to another store and buy something similar. The problems:
1. The holes for the bars to connect were not hollow enough to fit the screws. Had someone do this for me really quickly. Had to have a guy friend use a hammer to get one of the screws in.
2. The canvas shoe bin - one side was not big enough to fit the rods through. I loosened the stitching to make the pocket bigger. Once the rod was inserted I sewed the pocket back together around the rod.
3. The wheels were difficult to attach. With a little elbow grease I managed to crack the poor quality wood due to pressing down on the wheels. I ended up using my glue gun to seal the cracks in the wood for two of the wheels. I rec'd this is on Saturday and just finished all the work on this today Wednesday. Will add shoes on Thursday (letting the glue set).
I have guests arriving Thursday night and was getting my guest room up to par. Thought this would be great for organizing shoes in the closet. If you buy this be prepared to spend more time than necessary for assembly. You may also need tools such as glue gun/electric screw driver/hammer/exra screws. Good Luck I don't recommend purchasing this item. I have experience putting small things together - this was outrageous.
