If you are having trouble with this juicer, you probably are not using it corectly. It takes some practice to know how to use best juice certain fruits and vegetables and how much you can push through at a time. Once you get the hang of it, it is smooth sailing. You also do not need to clean it every use. Just rinse it thoroughly with hot water. I wash it every few days in the dish washer. I use mine at least once per day and I love it. I will never go back to store bought juice. For the price, this juicer rocks and I am very satisfied.Customer Review: Great Juicer for price, juicing, and usefulness, and durability

I'm not an expert; I'm mainly an average juicing user. I've had this juicer for 2 1/2 years and never had a problem with it. It dissembles easily enough (I think 5 pieces?) and takes about 5 minutes to clean from completely dirty to clean. The unit's solidly built, lightweight (for a juicer) and works without hiccuping. I've noticed since I bought this original unit, they've gone and made 4 more units with superior benefits. When (or if) this units starts to break down, I will be looking to upgrade to one of these units.Customer Review: Use it everyday!

Since I bought JL juicer I have been very pleased! I love the fact that it has a big hole to drop food in, instead of slicing all fruits and veggies, I don't have to do that. I find it easy to clean. Fill my sink with hot soapy water, and let the juicer parts sit and soak, until ready for use again.
The only thing I found I didn't like is, it doesn't juice well with leafy veggies and certainly not fresh ginger. Oh well, but I still am very happy with this purchase!

Just received mine and I love it....yes, the filter does get dirty with pulp and you have to clean it out....but this is normal with any filter..
Must read instrustions completely b4 use as far as warming up and what not to put into it, even though they have receipes with these items, they do say to use a blender
One negative and it is not the products fault, customer service is BAD!!!!

I have had my juicer since the first informercial on this juicer came out. I ordered this product and I am still using it. I have no problem with my juicer. Clean up is ok if you clean it when you are done juicing and yes the filter takes a little longer to clean but I have one of those Dawn automatic turn brush that I use for it. It works great! Love this juicer.
