Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Jaccard Supertendermatic 48-Blade TenderizerCustomer Review: Awesome Product!! Summary: 5 Stars
This Jaccard Tenderizer is Awesome!! I purchased it because my husband lost all of his top teeth from radiation due to cancer. He has been unable to get dentures because the gums haven't healed properly, again, because of the radiation. He has always been a "meat & potatoes" man, and it has been difficult to provide him with meats that are tender enough for him to chew. This meat tenderizer has done a fantastic job of turning even cheap cuts of chicken, beef, pork into meats he can once again enjoy. I would reccomment this product to anyone!!!
Customer Review: For amazingly tender meats Summary: 5 Stars
When I purchased 1/2 a steer of grass fed beef, I was told to expect some dry and tough meat. With a little research, I was pointed to this tenderizer, and I couldn't be happier. I've made chicken fried steak out of some tougher cuts, and I could still poke a finger right through the raw meat after a few passes with this tenderizer. I use it for beef, chicken, pork, you name it. Simply wonderful! And marinades soak in quickly when you've used it. While you might think this would cause the meat to lose moisture, that simply isn't the case.
Customer Review: Best Meat Tenderizer - PERIOD!!!! Summary: 5 Stars
My dad used to call it a "nickel" steak.... Well, the Jaccard will make a nickel steak a great steak!!!! I like it because you get a tenderized steak without adding some unknown tenderizer powder that usually contains MSG... The Jaccard will give equal or better results without changing the flavor of the meat. Or if you prefer to add a marinade or rub or both, the Jaccard will essentially "inject" those flavors right down into the steak -- immediately!
Highly recommended - everyone in my family owns their own Jaccard!
Customer Review: Great Product! Summary: 5 Stars
This has to be the best gadget I have in my kitchen. I wanted to put it through a good test, so I bought a chuck roast, used the tenderizer, and grilled it. In less than 15 minutes my roast/steak was a perfect medium rare, tender and tasty. I figure if it can make a chuck roast tender like a ribeye, it can make any peice of meat great. Cant wait to try with skirt steak, and flat iron steaks. This is gonna be a great money saver, being able to buy the cheaper cuts of meat. Buy it, save money, be happy.
Customer Review: I used this in our restaruant EVERYDAY Summary: 5 Stars
Cheap meat turns into a steak, chicken cooks 30% faster and is not dried out.
I had a restaurant in a lower economic area. I would buy whole Tri Tip roasts and cut as steaks. The flavor is great but not tender. I just beat the heck out of them with this great tool, and bang, very tender. It was our 14 oz steak night special for $11.99. Sold tons of them
Also for boneless Chicken the heat gets in faster, they cook quicker without getting tough or stingy
