I got this to tenderize grass fed beef which can be a little tough sometimes. This thing turns any meat from the toughest hanger steak into butter. I highly recommend this, you can turn cheap cuts of meat into the most tender & flavorful meals. GREAT!!!

I bought the Jaccard for my brother-in-law. He always thought I made the meanest steak when the fact was I just used my Jaccard. I turned a skirt steak (flat iron) into fajitas and everyone thought it rocked.
Any steak lover needs a jaccard.

Bought this after using my fathers at a cookout and being amazed. This truly will turn cheaper cuts of steak (top round and such) into very tender cuts of meat. Does everything they say it does, everyone should have one in their kitchen!

Product works as intended.Be careful when cleaning as the blades are super sharp. Have used one for many years.
Suggest you look at Alton Brown,s episode of "cubing around" on food network. Gives 3 recipes using the Jaccard unit.

I use this all the time. It is especially great for preparing meats for the kids whose molars haven't come in yet. Easy and effective and I am a blind cook, so if I can use it safely, you know you can. Love this gadget. Liz, Central NY
