I like to use glass jars for just about everything and these half gallon ones come in handy when you need more room than you have in the quart jar. The shipping costed more than the jars themselves, nearly twice as much, which I did not like, but they are glass and glass does break so I suppose I should have expected that. Would recommend them.Customer Review: Lots of uses!

These jars are big enough to store lots of things. Glass is a much better way to store snacks, grains, and other foods than plastic. My sister has been giving dry ingredients for soups & baking mixes as Christmas presents in these jars for years. Good deal for the money too!Customer Review: AWESOME JARS FOR KEIFER !!!

I didn't know they made 1/2 gallon jars. Now I will have more room in my fridge for raw milk and Keifer storage....2 jars, not 4 jars!!! Shipping was cheapest on this site...Very excited!!!Customer Review: Hard to find - very useful!

Was tickled to find these. Have been looking at yard sales and flee markets for them. Will be using them to can apples. Thanks
