I use this on my Henckels Pro S Chef and Santoku knives and it keeps them RAZOR sharp; as in you could shave with them if you wanted. There is some technique required; hold the sharpener on a SOLID surface (like marble) and go slowly to avoid chatter.Customer Review: Absolutely Wonderful!!

After 5 years of use and only sharpening my Henckels knifes with steel they had lost there fine edge. Using the Henckels twin sharp do knife sharpener for about ten minutes and I had sharp knives again.Customer Review: Excellent product

My initial reaction is very positive as it is sharpening my kitchen knives much better than any sharpening product I've had in the past. This product plus my steel do a good job for normal use.
