I recently purchased a Henckels International Classic Knife set. I have a sharpening rod. But I have to admit, unless I get the perfect angle of knife and rod, I do not get a great edge on the knife. To the rescue comes the Zwilling Henckels Duo Knife Sharpener. I draw the blade through each slot three or four times and voila! a great edge every time!Customer Review: Highest Rating

I give this thing an A+. I have a set of 14 year old Henkle four stars that I have never sharpened with anything other than the steel. I needed something more. This thing worked very, very well for me and the price is not bad at all. Needless to say my knives are now as sharp as when they were new. Wow, I was stunned how well it worked. A knife previously rendered dull by mishandling by a family guest is now usable again. I have a set of Henckels 5 Stars, and this sharpener brought them from dull to razor sharp in just a few minutes. Follow the instructions, and you can't go wrong.
I can't imagine how others who have used this sharpener have managed to fail at using this sharpener, but whatever.
