This is a great pizza peel! It's an amazing color, great price, perfect size for me and it's really easy to maintain. It functions perfectly too, with just a dusting of flour the dough comes right off. The edge is tapered so it's very easy to remove the pizza from the oven afterwards. Being a little OCD we looked at every pizza peel in Amazon before buying this one as our first peel and....we love it!! No complaints. It looks great and with a little cornmeal or polenta the pizza slides on and off with no problem. We just serve the pizza on the peel and it looks great. Work perfectly. I was skeptical that this would do much more for me than using a cutting board. It does. Bread slides off into the oven very easily and without losing shape. Recommended. (This is a nice piece; don't let people cut on it, as we did, if you want to maintain it.)

We bought this as a gift for friends, and I thought it looked absolutely beautiful. The size of the working space is excellent, and the beveled edge is much better (sharper / longer) than the pizza peel we have. I was going to order the Super Peel but ended up with this one because I wanted free shipping. It is a great product. I have made many free form loaves and pizza from my Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day book and the dough slides on and off so easily.
