Like others that have written, I got my product in a good time line. For my ignorance on the naming of the product (Prague Powder Instacure#1) I had to redo my search within Amazon. My initial search criteria was "Saltpeter"... "Potasium Nitrite" "Sodium Nitrite". So I wasnt' sure of this product name. My search took me to 3-5 minutes of googling to realize I had the same product (I hope). I'm using it in a brine for Corned Beef. Let's see how it works. If it does? I will reorder from the same source. Great note within. A clever reminder that there are some out there that really care about the level of service they provide. That alone will keep me coming back. - Jim
