I bought this product through Amazon after shopping eBay and finding higher prices on the same exact item. The hardware was all included and it looks very nice. It's very heavy duty and functional and I was very pleased with the appearance and functionality. I am a Pampered Chef consultant and I love knowing that my expensive professional cookware is safe from scratches and the glass lids I store above the grid. Now I just need to figure out where to get Extra Hooks for this model, and I would be very pleased. I highly recommend this item.
UPDATE: After 2.5 years, the product is still as great as when we bought it. It looks nice, is functional, etc. We love it.
Update 2: We have had this product for about 5 years and still haven't had a single issue. It's still durable, functional, and looks nice. So glad we chose this particular rack.

This is a great basic hanging pot rack. It arrived in good time and was as described. Very good pot rack for the money I paid, but I decided to personalize it by taking it to a welder and adding a half-round piece of steel on each end with an open "eye" on top for attaching the chain. The chain it came with was fairly flimsy, so I bought a heavier weight chain to attach to the pot rack and hang from the ceiling. The hooks it came with were not heavy-duty, so I bought 2 nice black heavy-duty hooks from a local harware store and "Voila!" there you go! The stainless steel shelf that comes with it is very nice - no need to improve on that. Even with the "extras" I bought, and the cost of welding a personal touch, it was still cheaper than the more expensive "Old World" pot racks. I am very satisfied with this product and it displays my French copper pots very nicely.Customer Review: Absolutely no regrets

This pot holder is excellent. It's large enough for anything you want to hang from it, or place on top of it. It's VERY sturdy, not at all flimsy like I was kind of expecting for the price. They include plenty of hanging hooks, but you can always buy more. It's also very attractive - looks great in a modern, industrial-type kitchen, but can be decorated easily enough to suit other decors. I always get compliments on it whenever people come to visit. I love that I can hang my cookware to dry, instead of using a towel and then stowing it away. Also, if you have a lovely set of cookware, as I am fortunate to have, it is really nice to put them on display. I didn't realize the weight limit was 40lbs -- I definitely have much more than that on it and it's holding up completely fine. Definitely recommend.Customer Review: Great Buy!

This pot rack is such a great buy, we bought two. Since we had to hang the racks using toggle bolts (and you probably will, too, given the difficulty/luck involved in lining up with a stud in the exact place you wish to install it), we took the advice of a previous poster and replaced the silver chain with black and bought white swag hooks at HD (they don't carry black ones) and sprayed them black. Total cost for the materials was $10 per rack and it looks much nicer. Couldn't be more pleased with this product. Use of a vertical laser level will make installation a lot easier than trying to use the plumb bob recommended in the manual. It's a shame the manufacturer doesn't include a template; then you'd only have to find one hole.Customer Review: An EXCELLENT rack worth twice the price!

I have been wanting a pot rack for a very long time but they just cost more than I wanted to spend. Then I came across this one and decided to give it a try. It is worth SO much more than the price here! A perfect size even for a smaller kitchen and it was easy to hang. We bought large sized toggle bolt hooks in a matching color, as we were not going to hit ceiling studs. I personally think this made it much easier than having to use the hooks it came with as it was very easy to make sure it would hang level. We also painted the chains with black stove paint as for some reason they are silver toned. I guess it would have looked ok but I like them better black. All of my pots fit on this rack with room to spare.
